Faith to me means that you believe in someone or something else outside yourself.

 
What helped form your faith?

 
My God and family helped me form my faith.

 

 

Do you feel as though you can freely express your faith with friends? With family?

 
Yes, I believe I am confident in my faith and that people should know that and see that confidence.

 

When you are in a bad situation how has faith helped you?

 
My faith has helped me in a bad situation because I can sometimes be hard on myself, but I remember to stay faithful to what I believe and that helps me.

 
Do you believe that praying helps you in your everyday life?

 
Yes, because remembering God’s word helps me deal with tough situations and makes me stronger.

 
How would you explain your faith to someone your age questioning their faith?

 
I would tell them that God is on their side and tell them about a time that God was there for me and how having faith kept me strong and helped me be better.

 

How important do you believe having faith is in today’s society?

 
Having faith in today’s society is very important. I think people think they can wish for things and things come true for them, but that’s not how it works. God will work it out for you if you have faith and believe. Sometime what we want is not what we need.

 
Can you tell us of one time when you know your faith played a part in a situation you were involved in?

 
I struggled with test taking in school. If I studied I still had a problem, but my faith helped me to push through and to keep studying and to not give up.

 
Do you believe that a person that does not attend church on a regular basis can still have faith? Why or why not?

 
Yes, I believe that hey can still carry God in their heart so that no matter where they are, their faith in God can help them.
